Notifications and lead delivery
Who hears about a lead, how loudly, and where the workspace setting ends and yours begins.

Lead delivery
Settings → Lead delivery holds the recipient list and how often it fires:
- Every lead — an email as each one lands.
- Hot leads only — just the ones in your top band.
- A daily digest — one message summarising the day.
It also holds the workspace defaults for asking email before the score, allowing retakes, and the export format.
The notification centre
The bell in the top bar collects what happened in the workspace: leads assigned to you, quizzes published, team changes, billing events. Mark as read, or open the full page for the history. Categories you are not interested in can be muted for yourself under your profile, without affecting anyone else.
The weekly summary
A Monday email with the week's leads, best sources and anything that needs attention. Personal, and off with one tick in your notification settings.
